SERFOLD
SERFOLD folding high-speed PVC doors are made from 900 gr/m² PVC tarpaulin material. The structure consists of a single layer of PVC tarpaulin reinforced with Ø27x2mm steel pipes within its pockets. The doors operate on the principle of pulling the single-layer PVC curtain mechanism upwards from below along the reinforced steel pipes. This movement is achieved by means of belts wound around a shaft, and a gearbox and motor connected to the shaft drive the galvanized uprights on either side.

- Door left and right guides must be made of 1.5mm thick, DX51DZ quality galvanized sheet metal, with dimensions of 170x210x170mm and length adjusted to the door dimensions, and must have a custom shape suitable for the door.
- The upper assembly of the door must be made of 1.5mm thick DX51DZ quality galvanized sheet metal, with dimensions of 170x210x170mm, and its width adjusted to the door dimensions. The drum carrier and rope winding system inside must be made of specially formed, laser-cut galvanized 3mm sheet metal.
- PVC tarpaulin must be a single-layer tarpaulin reinforced with concealed steel pipes, bonded together, conforming to DIN ISO 2040, DIN ISO 2075, DIN EN 1876/2 1998 standards, EU 1935/2004 and 10/2011 food standards, phthalate-free, with 1100 dtex weft, 1100 dtex warp, UV stabilized, CE certified, and 900 gr/m2 hydrolytic resistant technical textile. It must withstand temperatures between -30 and +70 degrees Celsius without deformation.
- PVC tarpaulin; It should have hidden pockets containing steel pipes measuring St52 Ø27x2– Ø32x2.5mm, according to the door dimensions, to increase the wind resistance of the door.
- The door's guide surface should have protective seals made of PVC tarpaulin material to prevent wind penetration.
- The door, with its single-layer tarpaulin surface reinforced with steel pipes in hidden pockets, must meet wind resistance values of 450 Pa (80 km/h) for widths up to 3 meters, 400 Pa (75 km/h) for widths between 3.01 and 4 meters, 350 Pa (65 km/h) for widths between 4.01 and 5 meters, and 300 Pa (50 km/h) for widths between 5.01 and 7.5 meters.
- PVC tarpaulin; The transparent viewing windows to be applied to it must comply with EN 71-3 standard, EU 1935/2004 and 10/2011 food standards, be phthalate-free, 1.5-2mm thick, and withstand temperatures between -30 and +70 degrees Celsius without deformation.
- The lower base section of the door will be made of double-layered tarpaulin and will be filled with soft sand or EPDM membrane filling material to cover any unevenness in the ground where it is attached.
- The door guide surface must include a reflective safety photocell with a capacity of 1-10 meters, conforming to the IEC 60529 IP64 standard, and capable of 5,000,000 operation cycles in working conditions between -30 and +70 degrees Celsius, along with a PVC POM housing to protect the photocell and reflector.
- The motor should be a three-phase 230-400V AC IE3 class, energy efficient, with a power output between 0.75kw and 4kw, adjustable according to door dimensions.
- The engine must have a cooling system.
- The motor brake must have a response time of 0.2 ms, be 110V-220V, and allow manual shutdown via a brake release lever.
- Depending on the dimensions of the installation location, the door opening speed should be between 45 m/s and 0.70 m/s.
- The switch module mounted on the gearbox controls the up-down level and the precision of the door's stopping points.
- The switch system must comply with IP 51 (CEI EN 60529), EN 60947-5-1, CEI EN 60947-5-1 EN60529, and CSA 22.2-14 standards and have a capacity of 2,000,000 cycles under operating conditions between -30 and +70 degrees Celsius.
- The door's control panel must be a 30x40 plastic panel conforming to EN ISO 12100 Machine Safety standards, using Hyundai or LG switchgear and V23 microcontrollers.
- The door must have a safety system that automatically cuts off the electrical circuit while it is in use.
- The door control panel; a 380V AC control panel with an LCD screen or similar display should be supplied with the door.
- The door must have an automatic closing feature adjustable from the control panel.
- The door's motor operating time is adjustable from the control panel.
- The door should be able to be opened, closed, and stopped via the control panel.
- The door must have a button with up and down controls, in addition to the controls on the control panel.
- The door must have an EMERGENCY STOP button on the control panel.
- The door's airlock system must be integrated into the control panel.
- The door must have an identification label on the control panel containing the production date, serial number, and manufacturing dimensions.
